Aging and Disabilty Resource Center

The Aging and Disability Resource Center links seniors and individuals with a disability to resources for maintaining independence, economic security and health and wellness.

Specialized Information and Assistance links individuals with a disability, or individuals over age 60, with appropriate resources and provides information about community agencies and organizations that offer specialized services.

Benefit Enrollment and Assistance helps those in need enroll in benefits such as Veterans Services, SNAP, Medicare and Medicaid, Homestead Exemption, home energy programs and others.

Options Counseling is a person-centered and person-directed interactive decision support process for older adults and adults with disabilities to make decisions about their needs for long term care.  
Total Households served:  44
Financial Assistance is coordinated by ADRC staff to households with immediate and urgent need for utilities, rent, minor home modifications and repairs, back to school clothing and other assistance that cannot be met through other agencies.  
Total Households served: 312 with 600 household members including 170 children

Specials projects include assisting in identifying households for Holidays gifts such as "Be A Santa to A Senior" (Home Instead Senior Care and PASS), Speedway Giving, Sheetz Family Christmas party, and Salvation Army grocery gift card distribution. Total Households served: 400+
